Baddý is the co-founder of 1xINTERNET an European Drupal Agency with offices in Germany, Iceland and Spain. She has been on the board of Directors of the Drupal Association for the past 6 years, reaching her term limit (2 x 3 years) and is now part of the executive committee as a past chair. Baddý is Icelandic, has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering and has been working with Drupal since 2007.
